Through its website amilli.eu , AMILLI provides information about its products and offers the possibility of their acquisition. Users who access these parts of the Website accept to be subject to the terms and conditions included in these General Conditions, insofar as they may be applicable.

The information given about each product, as well as the photographs or videos related to them and the commercial names, brands or distinctive signs of any kind contained in the AMILLI website, are shown in amilli.eu for guidance purposes.

 

PRICES

 

All the prices of the products shown on the website include VAT and any other taxes that may apply. However, depending on the place where the order is placed, they will not include the shipping costs of the products, which are detailed separately and must be accepted by the User.

 

AVAILABILITY

 

AMILLI informs the User that the number of available units is kept up to date with warehouse stock and availability by our suppliers. Under no circumstances will AMILLI intentionally offer for sale more units than those available or reserved by the supplier.

 

AMILLI will do its best to please all its Users in the demand for the products. However, on occasions, and due to causes that are difficult for AMILLI to control, such as human error or incidents in the computer systems, it is possible that the quantity finally delivered by the supplier differs from the order placed by AMILLI to satisfy the Users' orders.

 

In the event that the product is not available after the order has been placed, the User will be informed by email of the total or partial cancellation of the order. The partial cancellation of the order due to unavailability does not give the right to the cancellation of the whole order. If as a result of this cancellation the User wants to return the delivered product, he/she must follow what is stipulated in the Return section.

PAYMENT

The initial price that appears on the website for each of the products offered will be added to the rates corresponding to the relevant shipping costs.
